The CB15 board included in the price of this system includes connectors for DB25 male and female (serial and parallel interface cables), DB9 male and female (serial interface and monitor cables), Centronics 36-pin male and female (printer cables), miniDIN4 and miniDIN6 (keyboard and modem cables), miniDIN8 (printer cables), DB15HD male and female (monitor cables), and RJ11/12 modular jack (6-position, 6-conductor for modem and telephone cables). TEST pushbutton and READY, PASS, and FAIL indicators for one-button operation. Rugged, 1/16"-thick aluminum case with scratch-proof lexan surface for long life in an industrial environment. M2 expandable test system

Same as Item 810, M2-Basic, but with these additional features: 152 Test points expandable to over 1024 test points by adding expansion modules (Item 812 or 813, see below); Active Test Point switch settable to 64, 128, and 152 test points to obtain optimal measurement time, special MiniHook and probe socket, footswitch and remote control socket, expander cable socket for CB5, and M2 is cascadable with itself (use a 2nd M2 system as an expansion module for a 1st M2 system, or as a separate tester). M3 test system with resistance measurment

Finds opens, shorts, miswires, intermittent connections, and checks basic continuity, checks for contact and isolation resistance using two settable resistance thresholds, measures embedded resistors and diodes.

152 Test Points (76-conductor cable maximum), Expandable to 1024 Test Points.

CB Board Compatibility: All boards including CB5, however, CB7, CB10, CB12, CB20, CB21, and CB24 require an M3-Expansion Module (Item 822) or M2-AEX Expansion Module (Item 823); see below.

Includes a 152-point fixture and electronics (enough to test SCSI cables with up to of 68 conductors), expandable to 2560 test points by connecting M3 Expansion Modules (Item 823, each module adds 128 points). All of the same features and capabilities of CableEye Model M2 (Item 811) described above. Model M3U Special Features: Set resistance thresholds for contact resistance down to 0.3 ohms, and for isolation up to 10 Megohms. Measure embedded resistors from 100 ohms to 999 kohms with 1% accuracy, and lesser accuracy from 0.5 ohms to 10 Megohms. Measure diodes and resistor/diode combinations, automatically learn networks of diodes and resistors for comparison against electronic modules with similar networks
